Guest Code of Conduct

Please read and follow these guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests at Pushkar Guest House

1. Welcome

Welcome to Pushkar Guest House. We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. To help us maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines during your stay.

These guidelines apply to all guests, visitors, and anyone using the facilities of Pushkar Guest House, Simrahi.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Timings

Check-in: 12:00 PM (Noon)  |  Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence).
  • All guests must be registered at the front desk.

3. Room Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy as per room type must be respected.
  • Extra guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges (₹400 for extra bedding).
  • Children under 5 years stay free with existing bedding.

4. Visitor Policy

  • Outside visitors are allowed in the lobby area only.
  • Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM.
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior registration and approval.

5. Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Please keep noise to a reasonable level and respect fellow guests at all times.
  • No loud music or parties without prior arrangement with management.

6. Safety & Security

  • Do not leave valuables unattended; use the front desk safe if available.
  • Keep room doors locked at all times and report any suspicious activity to the front desk.
  • Emergency contact: Front Desk (available 24/7).
  • Fire exits are clearly marked on each floor — please familiarise yourself with their locations.

7. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
Designated smoking area is available outside the building.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted in rooms only.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Property & Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Damage costs will be assessed and added to the final bill.
  • Do not remove hotel items (towels, linens, fixtures, etc.) from the premises.

9. Common Areas

  • Please keep common areas clean and tidy.
  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Dining area timings: Breakfast 7:00–10:00 AM | Lunch 12:00–3:00 PM | Dinner 7:00–10:00 PM

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the premises:

Illegal activities of any kind
Cooking inside the rooms
Pets (unless pre-approved by management)
Tampering with safety equipment (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc.)

11. Management Rights

Pushkar Guest House management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises for violation of any of these rules. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
