Welcome to Pushkar Guest House! Here's everything you need to know for a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.

1. How to Reach Us

Address: Main Road, Simrahi Bazar, Supaul, Bihar 852131

We are located on NH 107, the main highway passing through Simrahi — easily visible and accessible.

  • By Road: Located on NH 107, easily accessible from Supaul (30 km) and Saharsa (35 km). Auto-rickshaws and local taxis are available from both towns.
  • By Train: Nearest railway station is Simrahi Halt (0.5 km walk) on the Saharsa–Supaul line. Supaul Junction (30 km) offers more connections.
  • By Air: Nearest airport is Darbhanga Airport (120 km). Taxi and bus services are available from there.

2. Before You Arrive

To ensure a hassle-free check-in, please take care of the following before you arrive:

  • Confirm your booking via phone (+91 91555 34443) or WhatsApp
  • Keep your booking confirmation handy (if booked online or via phone)
  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence)
  • Inform us of early or late arrival in advance

3. Check-in Process

Check-in Time

12:00 PM (Noon) onwards

  • Visit the front desk on arrival
  • Present your photo ID for verification
  • Complete the guest registration form
  • Collect your room key and WiFi details
  • Advance payment or full payment at check-in (Cash / UPI accepted)

4. During Your Stay

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Here are the facilities and services available:

  • WiFi: Available in all rooms. Get the password from the front desk.
  • Room Service: Call the front desk for food orders. Dining hours — Breakfast: 7–10 AM, Lunch: 12–3 PM, Dinner: 7–10 PM
  • Housekeeping: Daily room cleaning. Request extra towels or supplies at the front desk.
  • Hot Water: Available 24/7 in all rooms
  • Power Backup: Generator backup ensures uninterrupted power supply
  • Laundry: Available on request, charges apply

5. Check-out Process

Check-out Time

11:00 AM

  • Return your room key to the front desk
  • Settle any pending bills (room service, add-ons, damages if any)
  • Late check-out available on request (₹300 charge, subject to availability)
  • Left luggage storage available for a few hours after check-out

6. Emergency Contacts

Our front desk is available 24/7 to assist you with any queries or emergencies.

7. Quick Tips

  • ATMs are available in Simrahi Bazar (5 min walk)
  • Local market is within walking distance for essentials
  • Ask the front desk for local sightseeing recommendations
  • Keep windows closed when AC is running to save energy
