Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking at Pushkar Guest House
1. Overview
At Pushkar Guest House, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests. We encourage you to review this policy before confirming your reservation so you are aware of the terms that apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply based on when you cancel relative to your scheduled check-in date:
- More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid
- 24–48 hours before check-in: 75% refund of the amount paid
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid
- No-show (failure to arrive): No refund will be issued
Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the local time at Pushkar Guest House (IST, UTC+5:30).
3. How to Cancel a Booking
You may cancel your booking using any of the following methods:

Please include your full name, booking date, and contact number when requesting a cancellation.
4. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is received and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you paid via UPI, the refund will be sent to the same UPI-linked bank account. For cash advances, refunds will be provided in cash at the front desk or via bank transfer upon request.
5. Advance / Deposit Policy
A 30% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This advance is adjustable against your final bill at check-out.
Please note that the advance amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
6. Early Check-out
If you choose to check out earlier than your originally booked departure date, no partial refunds will be provided for the unused nights. We recommend adjusting your booking dates in advance if your plans change.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, epidemics, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest — guests will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to reschedule their stay to a future date at no extra cost.
8. Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)
Bookings of five or more rooms are classified as group bookings and are subject to separate cancellation terms:
- A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellation of group bookings
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking value
- Group booking terms will be communicated at the time of reservation and may vary based on the size and nature of the booking
