Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or staying at Pushkar Guest House
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, checking in, or using any services at Pushkar Guest House located at Main Chowk, Simrahi Bazar, Karjain Road, Raghopur, Supaul, Bihar - 852111, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and anyone who uses the facilities or services of Pushkar Guest House.
2. Booking & Reservations
Reservations at Pushkar Guest House can be made through the following channels:

- Walk-in (subject to room availability)
A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgement from our team. Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard check-in and check-out times at Pushkar Guest House are as follows:
Timings
Check-in: 12:00 PM (Noon) | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests failing to check out by 11:00 AM may be charged for an additional day.
4. Valid Identification
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. This is mandatory as per local government regulations. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
5. Payment Terms
Pushkar Guest House accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Full payment for the stay is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon. Any additional charges (extra bed, room service, damages, etc.) must be settled before check-out.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings at Pushkar Guest House:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. For detailed refund information, please see our Refund Policy.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during their stay. The following rules must be observed:
Pushkar Guest House reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to vacate the premises without refund in case of violation of these rules. Please refer to our Guest Code of Conduct for full details.
8. Property Damage & Liability
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest and must be settled before check-out.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pushkar Guest House shall not be held liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings or valuables
- Any injury or illness sustained on the property, except where caused by proven negligence of the hotel
- Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, etc.)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Supaul, Bihar, India.
11. Changes to Terms
Pushkar Guest House reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We encourage guests to review this page periodically.
